BASECAMP

Amid all of the commercials and the website, we’re also helping the Downtown Marketing Initiative partner with P.I.C.A. to do an interactive installation on the corner of 6th and Alder (launching this Friday morning with a ribbon cutting featuring mayor-elect Sam Adams.)

If you look really hard you might be able to find a few sneak peaks.

More to come once this puppy goes live…

The Art of (Decor)ation

Basecamp

basecamp
Our basecamp: 44degrees lat, 58 degrees long. A soaring chopped-log, brushed-metal, work-pod outpost where ad agency and production complex morph.

Once, we merely thought stuff. Here, we often make it as well. We embrace our digital toys like so many presents under the tree, turning designers and writers into editors and animators and directors and carpenters of finished products.

Collaboration, too, is in our architecture. We are space thrown open, cubicles crumbled, titles steamrolled. Here, we bring our kids. Our dogs. Our clients. Not to mention a wish list of favorite filmmakers, musicians, activists, artists and big-thought-thinkers to hang out, invent, strum, maybe even live for awhile.

(Why not, they all seem to be moving to Portland anyway?)
