Hard to argue with that result. Red Chair’s a stellar drop.

Love the label design too. The best ever Deschutes design IMHO.

    Charlie,

Have to agree, and I’m not just saying that because they’re a client. And thanks, we are proud of our design and branding for Red Chair..

Wow, awesome you guys did that. Mary gives me crap: “Drink the damn beer, stop staring at the label!!!!”

I’ve noticed that Twilight is going for a similar look to Red Chair – which I think is really sharp too. Much more legible than the rest of the year round brews as you stroll down the supermarket aisle.

I also noticed that the words “Deschutes Brewery” is much more prevalent on all the merchandise at the brew pubs (T-shirts and growlers especially).

I’m a big Deschutes fan, I think their labels are iconic, but they are not super legible and the nomenclature doesn’t stick in your mind either. Think this new look will help change that!

Well Charlie, you’re preaching to the choir, so amen to that. I feel blessed that I landed at a company that has Deschutes for a client as I was already passionate about their brews.

    And I’m not brown-nosing!

Glad to hear about the wins. Ever since I did the brewery tour in Bend and tried the Bend pub, I’ve gotten way into them. Good stuff.

Thanks Robin, what’s really great about Deschutes Brewery is that they are risk takers. The end results of that risk are splendid brews..

How exciting for Deschutes! Glad to see such a great showing from one of the most forward-thinking beer masters in the Pacific Northwest.

Local Bendite Adam Haynes is the illustrator. His work is absolutely AMAZING, plus he’s a super cool guy to-boot.
