ONCE – One Night Culinary Event at North

ONCE NORTH

We were very pleased to have been able to offer up the North studio to the good people of ONCE who prepared a 10 course meal for 62 people last night. Social media played its role, as I saw a post from JJ Gonson [the female powerhouse behind ONCE] on Facebook asking if anyone in Portland could host one of their pop-up/guerilla dining events. We said yes we can.

We had an amazing response to the event, going well beyond the original 40 persons number to an eventual 62 diners. JJ and her team prepared the meal with produce and meat from local Oregon organic farms and farmer’s markets. Everything went so well that we have agreed to do another dinner later this year..
