Through Payments Hub, our secure, online merchant portal, North gives you access to a virtual workbench of reporting tools. You can accept online payments, access statements, edit your account information, and even track customer visits. Our Basic Plan is free, and we also offer a premium plan with additional features and functionality.
How can I be sure my transactions are secure? Expand
All North payment processing solutions are PCI-compliant, the industry standard. From payment through transmission and storage, we secure all cardmember data with end-to-end encryption and military-grade tokenization. We also control the entire transaction process — which means no third-party security risks.
How quickly are the funds deposited in my account? Expand
North offers two options for funding, both fast and both free. With next day funding, transactions processed and closed Monday through Friday before 10 p.m. ET will be deposited into your bank account the next business day. Transactions closed on the weekend will be deposited on Monday. With same day funding, all transactions closed and processed before 10:30 a.m. ET are deposited into your account that same day.
