Holiday festivities in Limerick
Our Limerick team is embracing the full Irish Christmas experience this December. We're excited to announce our employee Secret Santa exchange, where we'll also officially light up the office Christmas tree.
It is a moment that's sure to bring warmth and joy to everyone gathered.
Through our Better Together Network Employee Resource Group (ERG), we're planning something extra special: Christmas card packs from our charity partner, Limerick Animal Welfare. These beautiful cards will be gifted to each team member, allowing us to celebrate the holidays while supporting the incredible work of local animal welfare advocates.
We'll also be presenting all funds raised throughout the year to the Limerick Animal Welfare team, marking a tangible contribution to their life-saving mission.
Seasonal giving: Our commitment to global impact
This December, North is proud to support an extraordinary organization that embodies our values of creating lasting change.
One Acre Fund represents our commitment to sustainable development, serving 1.4 million smallholder farmers across East and Southern Africa. The organization provides asset-based financing, seeds, fertilizer, agricultural training, and market access, empowering farmers to generate permanent gains in farm income.
Their "Farmers First" philosophy aligns perfectly with North's values of creating dignified, lasting solutions.
Year-end Town Hall with Harry Kraemer
Our Year-End Town Hall meeting is undoubtedly the biggest event of the month, and we couldn't be more excited. We're honored to welcome keynote speaker Harry Kraemer, whose insights on values-based leadership have inspired countless professionals around the globe.
In preparation for this special event, we invited all team members to submit questions for Harry, and the response has been gratifying. The thoughtful, probing questions that were submitted reflect the curiosity and engagement that makes North such a dynamic place to work.
As a token of our appreciation, everyone who submitted a question will receive a complimentary copy of Harry's influential book, "From Values to Action: The Four Principles of Values-Based Leadership." This book is important reading for leaders who want to align their actions with their principles, which is a philosophy that resonates deeply with North's mission.
